Web Sphere Development Studio Client

WebSphere Development Studio Client (WDSc) is an integrated development environment for the System i. The client-based GUI software features tools for editing source (LPEX editor), organizing System i objects (Remote Systems Explorer perspective), compiling and debugging programs (Debug perspective).

WDSc is based upon Eclipse, an open-source software framework. Users can extend its capabilities by installing plug-ins, such as development toolkits for various programming languages and platforms, and can write and contribute their own plug-in modules.
